The beloved Honda CR-V embarked on its sixth-generation journey with a full redesign in 2023, but Honda is still on its laurels. For 2024, the CR-V's trim lineup sees the addition of the Sport-L trim, expanding the options for buyers. The refreshed lineup now includes the LX, EX, Sport, EX-L, Sport-L, and Sport Touring. The new Sport-L trim boasts a hybrid powertrain, distinctive dark exterior accents, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, two rear USB ports, a 9-inch central display screen, low-speed auto braking, parking sensors, a wireless charging pad, driver's side memory settings, leather upholstery, a power liftgate, and wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The LX, EX, and EX-L trims are equipped with a four-cylinder, turbocharged 1.5-liter engine delivering 190 horsepower, mated to a CVT and front-wheel drive, with an available upgrade to all-wheel drive. On the other hand, the remaining 2024 CR-V trims feature a four-cylinder hybrid system with a combined output of 204 horsepower and standard all-wheel drive.
Given the complete exterior refresh in 2023, the 2024 CR-V retains its modern appeal with slanted pinstripe accents adorning the hood and side panels. The sides are accentuated by a substantial molding below the beltline, and the short front bumper accentuates sporty air vents.
