2023 Honda Accord vs 2022 Honda Accord

Serving Murfreesboro, TN

In 2023, Honda makes waves with the debut of the popular Accord's 11th generation. The model debuted in 1976 and has held its strong appeal for drivers in Murfreesboro and beyond throughout that time. Our Honda of Murfreesboro sales associates are excited to introduce the latest generation and can help you select between the 2022 and 2023 model years.

Performance

Most aspects of the Honda Accord are untouched between the 2022 and 2023 versions. However, the 252-horsepower turbo engine offered in 2022 is no longer available for 2023. In addition, the hybrid powertrain is available for the 2023 Accord's top four trims. The standard engine in most of the 2022 and 2023 Honda Accord trims is a 192-horsepower, four-cylinder, 1.5-liter turbocharged engine. It is associated with a continuously variable transmission. The Touring trim for both years also has adaptive suspension dampers.

Appearance

In 2022, the Honda Accord has a sleek flow with accents that trend slightly downward as they approach the rear. The 2022 Accord also has a long, tapered roofline with wedge-like LED headlights and a drop-down grille. The 2023 Accord has smoother door panels with an upright, swooping roof. The grille is shorter and sits over a body-colored bumper. The headlights have been elongated and are dressed up with an upper light bar.

Features

Inside the cabin, the 2023 Honda Accord introduces a 12.3-inch touch display screen in select trims, and it comes with Google-based technologies. Standard equipment in both model years includes a four-speaker sound system, numerous Honda Sensing assistive technologies, a push-button ignition, a dual-zone auto climate control system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The Accord's higher trims may be available with paddle shifters, a heated steering wheel, remote engine start, leather material, a more robust sound system, keyless entry, driver's side memory settings, a wireless charging pad, additional assistive tech, an auto-dimming rear mirror, heated rear seats, a wireless internet hotspot, rain-sensing wipers, a head-up display, and other advanced features.

The Honda Accord is available in your choice of six trims, and the 2023 Accord introduces exciting improvements on the interior, in the cabin, and under the hood. Our Honda of Murfreesboro team stands by to show off the updates and trims to you during your next visit, so stop by the showroom soon.
